This book was written by Eric Sielinski who is a biblical health educator. At the beginning of the book he shares his personal testimony. The book talks about common myths and gives a lot of great information about essential oils. The author takes time to give definitions of all important words and phrases.

The book covers essential oils to get you started and solutions and oils to use for:

  • Better Nights Sleep
  • Reducing Stress
  • Boosting your Mood
  • Clearing Brain Fog
  • Balancing Hormones
  • Conquering Food Cravings & Weight Loss
